ICE to the Rescue
In the case of an emergency where, for any reason, you can't get home to care for your dogs, what can you do?
What if you cannot make it home because your car breaks down or your train is cancelled, or if you become ill, have an accident or have to be hospitalised?
Who could care for the dogs you cherish most at times like these? WE WILL! All you need to do is simply register on the website and call us whenever you find yourself in an emergency.
What you get with this service
With your welcome pack, your pooch gets a shiny new ID tag with our details on, and you get some ICE Emergency Contact cards that you can carry around in your wallet, purse, and car, as well as full information and details on the services you'll receive.
You also get the peace of mind knowing that we can take full responsibility for your dog when you can't! Our registration forms are extremely thorough so we know what to do in any situation. All we need is to be contacted when an emergency happens.
We make sure your dog is exercised, loved, fed and watered as much as they need until you can resume care.
As you can imagine, in offering such a great service we must pop in some conditions which will be explained in detail upon registration, but the bottom line is we cater for any dog with any temperament, any size, colour and age! This service is for all.
We guarantee that we will be there in an emergency and you will receive half price for pet care services from 8am to 7pm
What we do in an emergency
- Call your contacts that we are given in registration to see if they're available – or when they will be – so you don't have to.
- Pick up or go see your dog and tend to its needs.
- Take over all his/her needs until you are available.
ICE Prices
Registration for ICE is a single fee of £49 for the year plus £1 per month payable by direct debit. If you would like to renew your registration at the end of the year we must redo the registration in order to check all your details and wishes are correct and up to date.
N.B. Between 7pm and 8am all services are full price in an emergency
ICE - Going the Extra Mile
Unlike our other dog and pet services we offer ICE to areas further than a half hour drive from the Doggy Day Care Centre including Wetherby, Nidd, Occaney, Pool, Otley and Farnley. Please contact us for more information.
